Job Description
• 1st level customer support at International level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good verbal and written English is a must.

VoIP System Engineer
Job Description
System engineer will work as part of the Product Management Group to provide direct pre-sales and post-sales support to key customers.

Identify customer requirements, new features and present them to marketing, product management and engineering teams for product roadmap.

Provide Remote/On-Site Technical Product Demos, Presentations and Training to Customers.

Develop deployment plans including complex network designs (call flows, dial plans, provisioning, back-office integration, billing mediation), project and acceptance test plans.

Support for customer's product evaluations, answer technical questions and follow-up with customers for addressing detailed issues.

Perform new product evaluation and technical documentation.

Provide technical sizing / configuration advice for deployments.

Drive customer issues to resolution by working with Support and Engineering.

 

   
Preferred Qualifications
· B.S. degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.

. 3 years+ technical experience in Telecommunications & Data communications Industry especially in NGN products, Telephony operations and VoIP solutions.

· Strong communications skills and a team player.

· Good command of English written and oral communication.

· Ability to prioritize workload & multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
Reports to the Development Manager. Development, support and maintenance of Telecom projects using the following technologies/platforms.

Job Decsription
• Create Scope of Work documents for development and telecommunication infrastructure projects along with the project plan.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Build long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations
• Handle vendor communications during project lifecycle
• Additional duties as determined by Project Managers

   
Preferred Qualifications
• University degree at Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, MIS or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of MS Project
• Good knowledge of Visio
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good Knowledge of MS Access is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, ITIL is an asset.

Network Operation Center Engineer

Job Description
Monitoring, reporting, ticketing, troubleshooting and providing escalations

   
Preferred Qualifications
Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands.

Knowledge of principles of engineering and telecommunication. - training will be provided -

Skill in evaluating the work of quality assurance team

Skill in reading and evaluating technical drawings and schematics.

Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with co-workers, engineers, and account executives.

Skill in operating a personal computer, utilizing a variety of software applications.

Skill in oral and written communication.

Candidates from each discipline must demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering; design and conduct experiments and analyze and interpret data; design systems, components, or processes to meet desired needs; identify, formulate and solve engineering problems. Must have the ability to recognize the need for life-long learning and pursue it to remain current. Must be able to use the techniques, skills,and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
